I got the coconut shrimp and my husband got the fish and chips- both were excellent choices! Our waiter Nicole was very pleasant as well, and we enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Dave's Last Resort! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Jay, our server, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations throughout the evening. We started with the blackened grouper, which was cooked to perfection—flavorful, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth good. And don’t even get me started on the key lime pie; it was absolutely to die for! Jay’s service and suggestions truly elevated the entire experience, making our dinner unforgettable. Highly recommend Dave’s and be sure to ask for Jay—you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars all the way!

Everything was great top to bottom. I had the blackened yellowtail and my wife had the chicken pasta and both dishes very cooked perfectly and both were very full of flavor. Definitely will be returning soon.

Love this place! Great food (everything is good), prices, staff, and vibe! Outdoor seating is great and inside you have booths and a bar with big open windows. Shout out to Dani who got creative when I asked if there was anything sugar free for my diabetic dad on his birthday. She came out with this piece of art singing happy birthday like an angel! And she’s hilarious! A truly special moment for him that he shared with all his Facebook friends. Thank you

I stopped in for lunch by myself and had seat at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and full of smiles. She immediately took my drink order and brought me a menu. The atmosphere inside is laid back and chill. The walls are covered in coastal decor and sports memorabilia. There’s lots of outdoor seating and lots of open windows. The activity and sights out on Lake Ave are just as much a part of the vibe as inside I ordered the fish and chips and I was delighted. Essentially, grouper fingers, the fish was light and flaky with a crispy batter. All too often, I’m disappointed with greasiness, but not today. It also came with a side of crinkle fires that were crunchy like it like them. All in all, I had a great lunch in a place that I’ll be sure to visit again

Dave’s is such a good restaurant in the downtown lake worth area. I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. They have fast servers, not a long wait time (I’m usually seated right away if not it’s like a 15 minute wait), and the food tastes great. Everything is very reasonably priced and the drinks are also refreshing and tasty. I definitely recommend coming here anytime if you’re in the area. I love their down to earth vibes and diverse crowd. Everyone is nice and friendly here and they have outdoor seating if you’re walking around with your pups.

This place is a must to visit. Excellent food, drinks, service and views. John our server was so friendly and polite. The coconut shrimp and French fries were so delicious and enough. The fish and chips were also tasty, fresh and crunchy.
